Most of us get stuck in negative ruts at work because we aren’t asking the right questions or we don’t give ourselves permission to ask questions at all. A good friend, counselor or consultant knows what questions to ask and then let’s you discover the answers. If we’re created in God’s image, we have the ability to discover the answers if we’re given the time and a bit of direction.

If we are freed to give our best work, Kent believes we will make a tremendous difference. That relates well to some of what Bill Hendricks shared in episode 008 about how our work matters to God.
ABOUT KENT:
Kent’s earlier career was with a multinational company where he progressed from sales to VP of Sales to Executive VP to CEO of a subsidiary company he founded.
He then lived his entrepreneurial dream and bootstrapped a business. The first twelve years were rapid progress; the last two years were a downward spiral. He closed down the business. The lesson learned when he lost himself was that he’d gained a love for others.
He is a graduate of the Thunderbird School of Global Management and the University of Kansas. He is proficient in Spanish and conversant in Portuguese.
